Covenant by (1) to produce the title deeds relating to the property in Wellow, Nottinghamshire purchased by (2), as and when necessary. Property was formerly part of the estate of William Thompson, and purchased by Lord Henry Howard-Molyneux-Howard. Ref: Ne D 4286
