Quitclaim by John Bellasis to John Broomhead and the heirs and executors of John Garland deceased and Mrs Grace Place and Susanna Wagstaffe and Mary Wagstaffe, her daughter, of the legacy and reversion left him by will of Mrs Grace Place in consideration of £12.
