Sale Catalogue, 1946
Sale Catalogue dated 4th November 1946 for two farms at Ulley, namely West End and the Farm at the side of the church where Walker's still farm the land.
The vendor was Robert Edwin Presley of 12 St Johns Park Blackheath London. The Sitwells bought the farms which included the cottage on Turnshaw Lane on the corner just before the Royal Oak Public House, the rent for which had been set at £11 0s. 6d per year.
